Gathering an accurate headcount is crucial for coordinating with our partners to arrange logistics and food preparation. Where is Annandale, Virginia?
Annandale, VA, centrally located in Northern Virginia, is easily accessible from several major areas. It’s about 13 miles east of Washington, D.C., a 20-30 minute drive. Alexandria is 8 miles southeast, Arlington is 10 miles northeast, and Vienna is 10 miles northwest, each reachable within 15-20 minutes.
What if I have dietary restrictions or preferences?
Accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences is challenging due to the complexity of ingredients in each dish. Many recipes are traditional and cannot easily be altered without affecting their authenticity. We strive to work with our restaurant partners to offer options, when possible. What attire is recommended, and are cameras permitted?
Please dress according to the weather as we will be walking to each restaurant, although all of our stops are indoors. Feel free to bring bottled water for your convenience. Cameras are absolutely welcome to capture the delicious moments during the tour – In fact, photos first and then dig in!

Will I get a refund if I cancel?
We offer refunds for cancellations made up to one week in advance, noting that third-party booking platforms may impose necessary fees. Kindly inform us of cancellations in writing at info@virginialicious.com for processing.
How much food is provided? Should I eat before the tour?
The amount of food offered at each restaurant varies, but you will undoubtedly enjoy a satisfying meal by the end of the tour. We will make stops at 4-6 different establishments to sample portions of their delicious specialties. Come hungry so you can fully indulge in the culinary experience!
Are there any age limitations?
Given the tour’s content and format, younger children may not fully enjoy or appreciate it. Therefore, we recommend the tour for individuals aged 13 and above. Participants must be 21 years or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Identification will be verified upon arrival and at any restaurant where a participant chooses to purchase alcohol at their own expense. Additionally, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18+) throughout the tour.
May I bring my fur babies?
While we adore dogs, cats and all animals, unfortunately, they are not allowed on our food tour stops due to health department regulations.
What occurs in the case of rain?
Our tours proceed regardless of weather conditions, except in cases of severe weather. If a tour is canceled due to weather, you will receive notification and will be given the choice of a refund or rescheduling for a future tour date.
Do I need to tip the restaurant staff at each stop?
No, you don’t. All charges and gratuities for the activities and products at each tour stop are already included in your ticket price.
